Make this easy, creamy Baked Caesar Chicken for a quick weeknight dinner. It features tender chicken breasts coated in a rich Caesar and Parmesan sauce, baked until juicy.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the creamy Caesar-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, coating them completely.
  5. Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese over the top of the sauce layer.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Spoon any pan sauce over the chicken when serving.

Notes

  • For an extra crispy, golden top, you can place the dish under the broiler for the last 2 to 3 minutes of baking, watching closely to prevent burning.
  • This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
  • If you prefer a lighter sauce, substitute sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.
