Make this creamy, sweet, and tangy strawberry cheesecake dip without baking. It uses simple ingredients and comes together fast, making it perfect for parties or a quick dessert snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup strawberry topping or jam
  • Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix on low speed until combined, then increase speed to medium and beat until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into a serving bowl. Dollop the strawberry topping over the mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the strawberry topping into the dip to create a marbled look.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 15 minutes before serving for the best texture.
  7. Serve cold with graham crackers, pretzels, fresh fruit, or vanilla wafers.

Notes

  • For a thicker, richer dip, substitute 4 ounces of the whipped topping with 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
  • If you want a stronger strawberry flavor, use a strawberry puree mixed with a teaspoon of cornstarch instead of jam.
  • This dip tastes best when served within 4 hours, but you can make it up to one day ahead.
