- 1 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- Place the shredded imitation crab and chopped shrimp in a medium bowl.
- Add the chopped celery and red onion to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture.
