  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  6. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm, before serving.
