Easy honey glazed carrots with a touch of garlic and butter, perfect as a holiday side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss carrots with melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly caramelized, tossing halfway through.

Notes

  • For stovetop cooking, melt butter and honey in a skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and glazed.
  • Add a pinch of brown sugar for extra caramelization.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley.
