- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 oz mushrooms, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating pieces.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
