Make this easy, crowd-pleasing sparkling berry champagne punch. It is a refreshing, bubbly drink perfect for year-round brunch, parties, or any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or dry sparkling wine
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup white grape juice or cranberry juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine the chilled vodka, white grape juice, and lemon-lime soda in a large punch bowl. Stir gently to mix.
  2. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled Champagne. Stir very carefully to keep the carbonation.
  3. Add the frozen mixed berries, orange slices, and lime slices to the punch bowl. The frozen fruit acts as ice to keep the punch cold without diluting the flavor.
  4. Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice, if desired.

Notes

  • For a pink bubbly drink, substitute cranberry juice for white grape juice.
  • You can prepare the juice and vodka mixture up to 4 hours ahead of time. Keep it refrigerated and add the Champagne and soda just before guests arrive.
  • This recipe serves a crowd; scale ingredients up or down based on your guest count.
