2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur (or similar chocolate liqueur)
1 oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
Chocolate syrup or shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Chill your martini glass before starting.
Add the vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Seal the shaker tightly and shake hard until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. This creates the creamy texture.
If using, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the chilled martini glass to create swirls.
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or a light dusting of cocoa powder, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute the heavy cream with a non-dairy creamer like oat or cashew cream.
If you prefer a stronger chocolate flavor, substitute the vanilla vodka with chocolate vodka.
To make this a Baileys Chocolate Martini, replace the heavy cream with 1 oz of Baileys Irish Cream.
