1 (12-count) package slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
Slice the slider buns or Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
Arrange the bottom halves of the buns in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the cooked pulled pork with the BBQ sauce. Stir until the pork is evenly coated.
Spoon the BBQ pulled pork mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
Top the pork with a layer of creamy coleslaw.
Place the top halves of the buns over the coleslaw.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the buns are heated through and slightly toasted.
Remove from oven, add pickle slices and optional red onion on top of each slider.
Serve immediately.
Notes
To keep sliders from getting soggy, assemble them just before serving or bake them uncovered for the last 5 minutes.
You can prepare the pulled pork and coleslaw a day in advance.
For a make-ahead option, assemble the sliders up to the coleslaw layer, cover tightly, and refrigerate. Bake as directed, adding a few extra minutes if needed.
These sliders are a great way to use leftover slow cooker or Instant Pot pulled pork.
