Ingredients
Scale
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create the glaze.
Brush or spoon the glaze mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. For crispier edges, you can briefly broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, place the salmon skin-side down on a wire rack set over the baking sheet before glazing and baking.
This recipe works well for quick weeknight dinners and results in juicy baked salmon.
You can substitute maple syrup for honey if you prefer a slightly different sweetness profile.
