  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, half juiced, half sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the olive oil mixture over the salmon.
