Make these simple, no-bake energy balls with just five ingredients. They are perfect for lunchboxes, pre- or post-workout snacks, or desk snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  • Store energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
